With 5+ years of dedicated strength training and a lifelong athletic background—from 12+ years of Ultimate Frisbee to Martial Arts, baseball, and more—I became a trainer after a serious injury forced me to rebuild my foundation from the ground up.
Certified in NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stretch Flexibility Coaching, NCI Level 1, ONNIT principles, and Mind Pump principles. I focus on smart, sustainable training that prevents injuries and builds lasting strength and confidence. I play the long game so you can too—let's build your strongest, most resilient version.
